Although we commonly think of retirement communities as being age-restricted to people 55 and over, many “retirement” communities are now working to attract younger empty nesters and pre-retirees by allowing people 40+ or 45+ to buy homes there. Others, like several Trilogy and Deb Webb communities have no age restrictions at all, and just create beautiful amenity-rich communities that target the pre-retirement and retirement buyers with their facilities, features, and floor plans.
