Unlike most active living communities that are usually all built by one builder, Victory had multiple builders, so you’ll find many different floorplans. The master developer, DMB Associates required that all builders in the community develop floorplans specifically for Verrado, so you will not find the exact same floorplan anywhere but here.

The majority of homes in Victory at Verrado are regular single-family homes, with the exception of one enclave that has luxury patio homes, which are detached homes on zero lot lines and one enclave that has attached “villa” style townhomes. Homes in Victory can be as large as 4,000 SqFt, so for those that want an active lifestyle community, but are not ready to downsize, this is definitely a great area to consider.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  We can represent you when purchasing a resale home OR a new home (sales staff represent the BUILDER!). Builders in Arizona all cooperate with agents, and you are entitled to your own representation at no cost to you, but we MUST accompany you the first time you visit the sales office or model homes. We have often been able to save our buyers thousands of dollars!
