Comprising 1,000 acres, and more than 2,800 homes, Trilogy at Vistancia is a world class 55+ active adult community and offers access to all the offerings and amenities of the finest resort living. Unlike Trilogy communities that came after it, Trilogy at Vistancia’s amenities are included as part of the HOA dues, so it does not have an expensive country club initiation fee, and the golf course is a public course that offers residents annual passes.

The community has a modern contemporary feel, and is very high tech. Features include the Kiva Club, the Mita Club, Alvea Spa and Athletic Club, Center for Higher Learning and a championship golf course.

The original Trilogy community opened in 2004 and surrounds the Trilogy golf course, has a lush green resort feel with lots of grass and trees, and was designed around the beautiful Kiva Club, a 35,000 SF modern wonder designed by renowned architect and Frank Lloyd Wright enthusiast Bing Hu.

Due to the overwhelming success of the community, Shea Homes purchased the land directly to the northwest in 2015 and annexed it as part of the development, calling it Trilogy West. Trilogy West has its own guard-gated entrance, its own Mita clubhouse, and homes have a more contemporary design. However, both communities have full access to both of the recreation centers, club activities and amenities. Trilogy West sold out in 2022.
