Amenities in this resort-style community include a warm and friendly clubhouse, two swimming pools and a spa, sport courts (including tennis, pickleball, and bocce), a fully equipped fitness center, a Café (including a commercial kitchen), and a multitude of arts, crafts, clubs, and activities that are available to all Members.

THE SAN TAN CLUB
With its 35-foot high stone fireplace, for many the Club is like a second home. Comfortable gathering spaces throughout make it a great place to relax and hang out.
ARTS & CRAFTS
Numerous crafts and workshops: arts, ceramics, quilting, scrapbooking, sewing, stained glass, and more.
BALLROOM/AUDITORIUM
The Ballroom seats approximately 260 people. Dances and other community sponsored events are held in the Ballroom throughout the year.
FITNESS CENTER
Fully equipped with cardio machines, treadmills, exercise cycles, and a host of other equipment for strength and flexibility conditioning. There are also about 40 classes per week held in the adjoining movement studio.
LIBRARY & COMPUTER LAB
Hundreds of books have been donated by residents and may be checked out on an honor system. The library also has several computers for use by residents and their guests.
OUTDOOR POOLS
The pool area has a lounge pool, a hot tub and a 25-yard lap pool that is heated year-round.

GOLF CLUB & RESTAURANT
The 18-hole par 71 Power Ranch Golf Club is open to the public. The Slate Bistro & Bar offers a full menu and bar and is a great place for golfers and non-golfers to enjoy a meal or happy hour.
