With 34,000 square feet, the Clubhouse has generous space for a long list of amenities including: fine and casual dining, a health and fitness center, Olympic sized swimming pool, tennis and pickleball center with lighted courts, including a stadium-style court, the Desert Pavilion with 9,000 square feet of meeting/entertainment space, and a 6-mile system of jogging and walking trails that wind throughout the community.

Homeowners at Terravita pay mandatory social dues to the Terravita Golf & Country Club through their HOA fees, so every resident is automatically a social member and enjoys all of the perks, privileges, amenities and the many social activities that come with any membership to a great private club.
