Sunland Springs Village has two separate recreation centers, the Springwood Complex & the San Tan Complex, located at each end of the Village. The Springwood Complex is the main recreation center & the San Tan Complex is the smaller center, but has their own ballroom/auditorium and fitness center, and is also the location of the pickleball courts.

You can check the HOA’s website for a full list of their current clubs & amenities, as well as their many upcoming events. You’re sure to find something that interests you, or that you’d like to participate in.

ACTIVITY COMPLEX

There are many crafts and activity rooms: Arts & Crafts, Ceramics, Woodshop, Lapidary, Sewing, Stained Glass, and more.

BALLROOM/AUDITORIUM (2)

Each recreation center has a ballroom with a large dance floor, stage, full kitchen and plenty of space for the community’s “Top Notch” Showtime Performances.

FITNESS CENTERS (2)

Fitness facilities in both the Springwood and San Tan recreation centers.

GAME & RECREATION ROOMS

Billiards room, card rooms, computer lab, library, poker room, lounge areas.

HEATED POOLS (2 locations)

Heated outdoor pools are located in both the Springwood and San Tan recreation centers.

OUTDOOR SPORTS

Tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and even a softball field are all available.

DOG PARK

A place to take your family pets for some exercise and fresh air and meet fellow dog lovers in the community.

GOLF CLUB & RESTAURANT

An 27-hole executive course that is open to the public. There is a casual restaurant at the golf club for golfers and non-golfers to enjoy.
