The Grand Amenities

The Grand has virtually every amenity you can image – and usually several so things don’t get too crowded.

The Village Center is the main recreation campus, and is the equivalent of a downtown area of a small, but modern, town. This large complex has beautiful grounds with fountains, streams, bridges and outdoor seating. Strolling through the area you come across a multitude of small buildings that contain numerous crafts and meeting rooms, and are set up like small stores with quaint signs. You’ll also find the Adobe Spa & Fitness center here, along with an outdoor amphitheater, lawn bowling, tennis and bocce courts.

The Cimarron Center is home to the Cimarron Golf Course and the Cimarron Rec Center. Because The Grand is such a large community, the Cimarron Center serves the homes on the west side of loop 303 and contains a large, modern fitness center, an extravagant outdoor pool complex, and the community’s pickleball complex.

There are hundreds and hundreds of classes, clubs, interest groups, community activities, and even group trips organized by the activities directors.
