The vast majority of homes here are detached single-family homes, but there are some luxury “villa” townhomes as well. If you’re looking for a lock-and-leave property, they’re a great option.

Robson has built several phases of Robson Ranch, and has introduced and retired several series of floorplans. Check their website for current available models, pricing and incentives. Base prices do not include lot premiums, upgrades, design center options, etc. On average, most people will spend an additional 15% – 25% over “base price” for design options and lot premiums for their new home.

If you don’t want to wait for a new home, there are resales available that are just a few years old, and offer some additional floorplans that are no longer offered as new construction.
