The HOA fees include a social membership in the private country club. The social membership allows access to everything at the country club except golf privileges.

While Rio Verde’s two Tom Lehman designed parkland style golf courses are its signature amenity, there is definitely a lot more to do when you live in this active adult community that has a small town feel. In addition to the golf and amenities, you can get involved in many different indoor or outdoor activities and interest groups.

  • Community Church: for both Protestant and Catholic services
  • Art Studio: arts & crafts enthusiasts gather to draw, paint, carve wood, and do crafts while enjoying camaraderie with others. Residents’ art fills the display cases at the Community Center and the Art League runs a popular sale every year.
