Province Homes for Sale

Engle Homes originally built 15 floorplans. They offered 4 “Villa” style homes, which are townhomes attached in groups of two, and 11 different models of detached homes. Since Meritage Homes took over the community in 2010, they’ve introduced numerous new floorplans for single family homes and used the same 4 “villa” plans that were originally offered by Engle Homes to complete the “villa” sections of the community.

The newer Meritage homes (after 2015 or so) came standard with super energy-efficient and “green” features to help dramatically reduce your utility bills. Many of the floorplans offered here were also built at Mission Royale Adult Village in Casa Grande.

There are still new homes available. Base prices do not include lot premiums, upgrades, design center options, etc. On average, most people will spend an additional 15% – 25% over “base price” for design options and lot premiums for their new home.

If you don’t want to wait for a new home, there are resales available, and you can find resales of the floorplans designed by Engle that are no longer offered as new construction.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  We can represent you when purchasing a resale home OR a new home (sales staff represent the BUILDER!). Builders in Arizona all cooperate with agents, and you are entitled to your own representation at no cost to you, but we MUST accompany you the first time you visit the sales office or model homes. We have often been able to save our buyers thousands of dollars!
