Even as you drive up to the beautiful entrance at Trilogy’s Encanterra Country Club, you know you’ve arrived at something special. Behind the massive wooden gates, Encanterra offers two lifestyle neighborhoods:
- Encanterra, the all ages community, and
- Trilogy at Encanterra, the age restricted community.

Overview
Located in Queen Creek, AZ in the Southeast Valley, Encanterra Country Club is THE most stunning private club in the entire Phoenix area.
It is the third Trilogy community in Arizona, and their first non-age restricted community. In order to attract younger “empty nesters” in the 40+ age range, Encanterra originally opened as a non-age restricted community, offering a mix of one and two-story homes.
As the beauty of the community unfolded, Encanterra learned that some of the 55+ buyers preferred to have their own separate neighborhood. In response to buyer feedback, Trilogy sliced out a section of the community to be dedicated to just the age-restricted, 55+ buyers and named it Trilogy at Encanterra.
Encanterra Country Club
With the private award-winning Tom Lehman designed golf course and the stunning Mediterranean-style recreation center known as La Casa, Encanterra is breathtakingly beautiful, and is a feast for the eyes.
The design of La Casa is meant to invoke a historical, comfortable, Spanish-style ranch home. The interior spans 47,000 square feet, and the exterior facilities cover another 13,000 square feet. The final result is Old World Mediterranean but with a contemporary vibe. The architect and interior designers really outdid themselves for this one!
The golf course is equally stunning. With lush wide green fairways, trickling brooks and gentle waterfalls, the course is deceptively more challenging than it looks.
Real Estate at Encanterra
There have been several phases built here, so there are quite a few options to choose from, both in the way of new homes or resale homes, and there is a very wide range of sizes.
The vast majority of homes are single-family homes. In the non-age restricted neighborhoods, you can find one and two-level homes, whereas the 55+ neighborhoods are all single-story houses.
There are also several neighborhoods of “villa” style townhomes, that offer a lock-and-leave, low maintenance lifestyle, but still have all of the upgraded features and finishes you’d expect at luxury community.
About the Area
The area near Encanterra continues to develop at warp speed! Within just a few short years, this once isolated community has seen an incredible influx of conveniences, restaurants, stores, and a brand new hospital within just two miles of the community.
Just a few miles north, a new freeway loop has been added, making it easier to get to, and there are plans for a 10,000-home master-planned community about five miles north of Encanterra.
The growth of the surrounding area has already lead to skyrocketing prices here, and things are only going to get higher in the next few years, making Encanterra an excellent investment as well as a wonderful community.
