Apache Wells Manufactured Homes Community: 

This is the original community, and was designed to be a manufactured home community where you own the land. Recently, homeowners and builders have been replacing the mobile/manufactured homes with regular “stick built” homes, especially on the golf course lots, so you might be able to find a brand new home here, or one that is just a few years old. Most of the mobile homes are older and will need substantial updating to meet the demands of today’s buyers.

The Village at Apache Wells:

Located at 5518 E Lindstrom, The Village contains a three-story condo building and single-level townhomes. All of the townhomes have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2-car garages. The very first phase units were built in 1960, but most of the units were built during 1984 – 1993. The Village has its own clubhouse and pool, and does not have access to the “mobile home” community’s clubhouse and amenities. The HOA maintains all of the building, roof, and front yard maintenance.

Apache Wells 2:

Located at 5830 E McKellips Rd, this gated townhome community was built during 1997 – 1999. Apache Wells 2 also has its own clubhouse and pool, and does not have access to the “mobile home” community’s clubhouse and amenities. The HOA takes care of all building, roof, and front yard maintenance.
