Regardless of which “side” you actually live in, as a PebbleCreek resident, you are free to enjoy the amenities and numerous clubs and activities of either clubhouse. Both the Eagle’s Nest and Tuscany Falls phases have their own guard-gated entries, and a whole host of amenities.
Eagle’s Nest is the first phase of PebbleCreek and sits on the east side of PebbleCreek Pkwy. Here you’ll find an 18-hole golf course, dining, tennis, pool complex fitness facilities, and more.
Tuscany Falls is the second phase of PebbleCreek and sits on the west side of PebbleCreek Pkwy. It has a larger, more extravagant clubhouse and amenities, including 36 holes of golf, pickleball complex, indoor pool, Creative Arts Center, and a theater.
There are hundreds and hundreds of classes, clubs, interest groups, community activities, and even group trips organized by the activities directors. Check the HOA’s website for a full list of the numerous clubs and activities. You’re sure to find something that attracts your interest.
ARTS & CRAFTS
At PebbleCreek’s Creative Arts Center, resident artisans of all skills levels come together to share their creative vision in classes, groups, and clubs. The center offers glass arts, wood carving, art, beading, scrapbooking, fiber arts (sewing, quilting), ceramics, pottery, and more.
BALLROOMS/EVENT CENTERS (2)
Both the Eagle’s Nest and Tuscany Falls clubhouses have beautiful event centers that host the many community gatherings, dances and other fun activities planned and sponsored by the community.
FITNESS CENTERS (2)
Fully equipped with cardio machines, treadmills, exercise cycles, and a host of other equipment for strength and flexibility conditioning. There are also numerous classes held in the adjoining movement studios.
GAME & RECREATION ROOMS
Billiards Rooms, Card Rooms, Libraries, Meeting Rooms, and more.
PERFORMING ARTS THEATER
There are numerous performance art clubs, including ballroom dance, community theatre, singing, etc.
INDOOR POOL
Take advantage of a water aerobics class, or go have a quiet swim when no classes are in session.
OUTDOOR POOLS
You’ll find beautiful pool complexes at both Eagle’s Nest and Tuscany Falls, with lap pools, lounge pools, large spas, and plenty of room for lounge chairs and relaxing around the pool.
SPORT COURTS
Tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, horseshoes. All of the outdoor sports encourage players of all skill levels and welcome new players to the game(s).

Off-leash dog parks that serve as a social gathering spots for dogs and their humans.
DINING OPTIONS
Each clubhouse has a lovely dining room with full service bar and beautiful views. You’ll also find a juice/snack bar at the fitness center, and several other lite fare dining options around the golf courses and pools.

Three beautiful regulation-length golf courses, kept in great condition. One membership gives you access to all three courses. And of course, you can use your own cart.

Softball leagues compete among the area active adult communities.
