Only four floor plans were built at Solera Johnson Ranch. All homes are single-level 2BR, 2BA or better with a 2-car garage, and range from 1,400 – 1,900 sq. ft.

Del Webb offered better than average standard features, like staggered maple cabinets, Corian countertops, roll-out shelves, gas stub to oven/range, etc., so every home is nicely outfitted, even if owners opted for the builder’s “standards”.

None of the homes were originally offered with fully fenced backyards, but the HOA allows block wall fencing for those who want it, provided the neighbors don’t object and you’re not blocking someone else’s views. If you have pets, or prefer more privacy, you might get lucky and find a house that already has a fully fenced yard.
